The “O” tool is a light forcible entry tool designed for through-the-lock forcible entry. The tool has 3 pieces that make up the tool set.
The first part of the O tool set is the bar itself. The bar is 17” long and weighs 2 ˝ pounds. It is made of 4130 aircraft steel heat treated to Rockwell #42 specifications. The steel shaft of the tool is dropped forged and recessed into the tool head and then heat pressed.
“A” Tool “A” Tool. Striking Surface

The head of the tool has a flat striking surface with an “A” tool machined into the adz. The “A” tool will remove the lock cylinders from both mortise and rim locks and will also remove the doorknobs from key-in-the-knob locks and tubular locks.
The second part of the set is the “key tool”. The key tool is carried in a small pocket underneath the celetex grip on the tool. Without this key, you cannot accomplish through-the-lock entry. Make sure that the key tool is there at the start of every tour and after each time the tool is used.
