Driver charged in
wreck
A 2006 Dodge Magnum, driven by Cornelius Leach of High Point,
skidded on wet pavement early Saturday and hit a telephone pole in the 200
block of W. Lexington Avenue,
police reported. Leach, who was charged with driving while impaired, and a
passenger were treated for minor injuries.
